OUR STORY

Our Story

From the very beginning,

the Yellow Beach restaurant is a family business, and our goal was to create a unique location where visitors feel like home. Year after year, we work hard to maintain this commitment. Our staff spends many seasons working with us, and this ensures a seamless experience for our returning customers. It is such a pleasure to see our customers coming back to say hello and spend a peaceful moment on the beach with us, with only the sound of the palm trees rocked by the trade winds.

We are still amazed by the beauty of Pinel island, and it's not hard to understand why: the beach is protected from the winds, the water is super shallow and allows a safe swim for kids, and most of all Pinel island is nestled in the French Marine Park.

Join us for an unforgettable day in paradise!

Incredible

Location

Pinel island is a unique place in St. Martin, not to mention the whole Caribbean. Gently rocked by the trade winds, the main beach is completely protected from the ocean swell.

We choose to fully integrated the restaurant into the palm trees with little wooden huts, as you can't barely see it from outside.

As you disembark from the little ferry, you'll first discover our chairs facing the shallow waters, then the bar and finally the whole building.

From behind the restaurant, you can explore the island and find the trails which will let you discover the other hidden gems of Pinel.

Today

our commitment

Today, the vision of an exceptional and friendly restaurant still exists. Every morning, we bring fresh food on our boat and that special times allows us to fully appreciate our little paradise.

Lobster and fish are "local catch" and can't be fresher than our restaurant since the fishermen deliver them directly at our dock!

Also, we work hard on being self sustainable with solar energy and eco-friendly containers.
